The Commissariat for Consumer Protection Sector (CPCS) 4 from Bucharest, carried out, on 02.09.2024 an action of operative control at a public catering establishment managed by OPERATOR economic Zis Food SRL, from sector 4 of the Capital.
Following the detected irregularities, the commissioners of CPCS 4 applied the following sanctions:
- contravention fines îworth of 20.000 lei
- temporary stoppage of services, until the deficiencies are remedied.
“Sthe cusses of economic operators, iin such situationsabsolutely intolerable they have no value anymore. We remain the same uncompromising with service providers who, for an easy profit, do not hesitate to put endangering the health or even the life of consumers" - Sebastian Hotca, interim president of ANPC.
The deviations from the legislation in force, in the field, identified were:
- poor hygienic-sanitary conditions in the production space set up in the basement of an imobil:

- lack of protective equipment for food block workers, according to the activity you carry outI wouldbvă;
- the use of get ready and culinary semi-prepared foods fărăinternal labelingă of which să results in their compliance;
- non-compliance with the temperature regime for storage get readytheir, according to the manufacturer's instructions;
- lack authorizesției of workțions issuedă de Pthe rhyme Ssector 4 for the food activityțit's publică.
