Decisions of the Court of Justice of the EU

In the Official Journal of the EU, on April 21, 2016, the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union was published, on the request for a preliminary ruling made in the context of a dispute between Mr. Radlinger and Mrs. Radlingerová (hereinafter referred to as "the Radlinger spouses"), on the one hand, and Finway as (hereinafter referred to as "Finway"), on the other hand, in connection with the claims declared in an insolvency procedure and arising from a consumer credit contract.

In the Official Journal of the EU no. 38/01.02.2016 the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union was published, on a preliminary decision request made by the Oradea Court of Appeal, regarding Article 1 paragraph (1) and Article 2 letter (b) of Directive 93/13/ CEE of the Council of April 5, 1993 regarding abusive clauses in contracts concluded with consumers.
