Advisory Council for Consumer Protection

The advisory council for consumer protection at the central level is organized within the National Authority for Consumer Protection, its purpose being to ensure the informational and organizational framework necessary for the establishment and application of the consumer protection policy, but also to correlate the actions with those of the non-governmental organizations with attributions in this field.

The advisory council for consumer protection at the central level operates on the basis of GD no. 251/1994, amended by GD no. 1219/2023 and its own Regulation on organization and operation: REGULATIONS
