Authority Națnatională for Protectionțto Consumers (ANPC) a HELD, starting up with the date of 01.07.2024, control actions in the resorts on the Black Sea shore, within Command Litorally 2024 - specially created structure of the institution, to monitor the market, during the summer period, in the busiest holiday area in Romania.
In this year, commissariat ANPC participants in the Coastal Command au Done 2.164 acţiuni of control, în all resorts, and penter the irregularities found were the following sanctions are applied:
- 1.090 warnings (many of these being received by operateconomic times during the counseling period)
- contravention fines worth over 12,2millions of lei.
The following m were added to themcomplementary aces:
- the definitive stop from marketing of non-compliant products worth approx 860.000 lei
- temporary stoppage of service provision, until the deficiencies are remedied, for 91 by economic operators
- the proposal termination of unfair commercial practices for 16 economic operators
- the proposal the closure of the unit for a period of up to 6 months, for 1 economic operator (PFA Giugica Cheap)
- the proposal closing the unit for a period between 6 and 12 months, for 2 economic operators (SC Merinos International SRL and SC Metroid Neo Star SRL)
- the definitive closure of the unit for 2 economic operators (SC Orizont Beach SRL (bair, restaurant and beachă) and SC Delta Aurora SA (restaurant)).
